Many people over complicate this when in fact creating a workout space for yoga whether you're using weights or not is actually really easy. If you really don't have much room for a yoga mat then you can just roll it up and use the middle of your lounge whenever you need it. It is definitely better to have a permanent space that is only used for exercising because it makes it a lot easier when you don't have to set anything up. In the summer months it can be very therapeutic experience to do your yoga exercise outdoors.
